Here are some important things you should know….

We will be happy to help you process your insurance claim form for your reimbursement. We are now "in network" with Aetna. It is important to understand that dental insurance is designed to reduce cost, not to eliminate it entirely.

We currently accept all private care insurance plans. This means that we work with literally thousands of companies.

Your dental benefits are based upon a contract made between your employer and an insurance company. If you have any questions regarding your dental benefits please contact your employer or insurance company directly. Dental benefit plans will never pay for all of your dental care, it is only meant to assist you. While the filing of insurance claims is a courtesy that we extend to our patients, all charges are your responsibility from the date services are rendered.

Not all services are a covered benefit in all contracts. Some insurance companies arbitrarily select certain services that they will not cover. Any doctor in private practice will have fees that insurance companies define as “higher than usual and customary.” Our staff will gladly assist you in any insurance questions you may have.
